• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Gracie J Home sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Under limited circumstances, we may offer exchanges. You must e-mail us within 7 days of receiving items to request an exchange or if a piece is damaged as a result of shipping. Items mailed back for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • A LITTLE MORE ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Hey we get it, you’re probably reading this because you’re thinking “What if I want to return an item?” so let us ease your mind. We truly believe in our products and are confident that if you’re drawn to a piece online, you will not be disappointed once you receive it.

    Below are a couple of questions that may be going through your head and how we can handle the issue once your order has been placed.

  • What if I don’t like the color of the piece I purchased?

    We recommend giving careful consideration to how and where you will use this piece. All our pieces are sealed with a water-resistant sealer, but they are not food safe or dishwasher safe. We recommend you avoid liquids that will stain, as well as harsh chemicals. We do our best to portray the colors of our pieces as accurately as possible to avoid any surprises. We do, however, understand that you can have a change of heart and the bold color you thought you’d try really isn’t you after all. Or the girlfriend you just bought this for would really prefer a different color. We’ve all been there and are happy to offer a one-time exchange for that particular item.   • What if I’m just not that into it once I get it?

    We ask you to be thoughtful when you make your purchase. A lot of effort is put into providing images and details of our pieces to allow an informed decision before placing your order. We do not accept returns and we do not exchange items for different products and let us explain why. We are a very small business and we make most of our products to order. Every exchange means extra time taken to make another piece. Our time is limited and to keep up with orders, work on new collections, and run our business, it simply is not cost effective.

  • What if there is a defect in the piece?

    All our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. This can result in slight color and texture variations from batch to batch. Our pieces are also hand poured which can result in small imperfections such as voids from bubbles. Some pieces may have more shells than others, or larger shells than the next. All these are what make our pieces unique, they are not defects. Should you, however, receive a piece that was damaged during shipment, please CONTACT US within 7 days of receiving your shipment and we will work with you to replace your damaged piece.
