    Most of our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be created. Please be aware, these 10 BUSINESS DAYS do not include the time the carrier will need to ship your package from us to you. Please plan for this shipping time when placing your order.

    During the holidays and major promotions, fulfillment and shipping times may increase.

    If you have a specific date by which you would like your order to arrive, you may leave a note at check-out or use the CONTACT US link below. We will work with you to accommodate your request.

  • SHIPPING

    You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and will receive a tracking number for that shipment.

    Please note that our 10 BUSINESS DAY fulfillment time DOES NOT include the time the carrier will need to ship your package from us to you.

  • LOST PACKAGES

    Gracie J Home is not responsible for packages lost during shipping, shipped to an incorrect address, or lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We ask you to confirm your shipping address before you place your order and strongly encourage you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address.

    We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. Please get in touch with us using the CONTACT US link below WITHIN 14 DAYS of a missed scheduled delivery date if you feel you need this assistance.
