MINIMUM ORDER

PAYMENT & SHIPPING
We require payment at the time your order is placed. Our website gives you an option to store your credit card to make future orders quick and easy.
We ship with UPS Ground, finding they offer the most reliable services, shipping times, and pricing.

FULFILLMENT TIME
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, our fulfillment time is 7 to 10 business days after an order is received. During holiday and promotion periods, please understand our fulfillment times may increase. We will do our best to keep you advised of any changes. Expedited orders are subject to upcharges.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGES
All our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. This can result in mild color and texture variations or voids from bubbles. These are what make our pieces unique, they are not defects.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if there are damages or errors. Please note any shipping box damages, and forward photos of any damaged product to bridget@graciejhome.com. We will work to correct any errors or replace any damaged pieces.

ONLINE & SOCIAL MEDIA
All of our products must be sold under our name. Gracie J Home prohibits the sale of our products on websites such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or any other non-retailer owned websites, including on social media pages.
Products may not be resold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise. Retailers may sell our products on their own websites.
All of our pictures must have proper credit given to us, so tag us @GracieJHome!
